- Who can enter this promotion?
This promotion is open to wholesale business account holders in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over. You must have your employer’s permission to enter if participating on their behalf.
- When does the promotion start and end?
The main promotion opens at 00:00 GMT on 28th February 2025 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31stth January 2026.
- Phase 1 opens 28th February 2025 and closes 30th April 2025.
- Phase 2 opens 1st May 2025 and closes 31st July 2025.
- Phase 3 opens 1st August 2025 and closes 31st October 2025.
- Phase 4 opens 1st November 2025 and closes 31st January 2026.

- How do I enter the promotion?
Scratch the panel of the scratchcard to reveal the prize you have won and retain your invoice as proof of purchase.
For an additional chance to win a £1000 cash prize and a grand prize of an electric van, scan the QR code on the scratch card supplied by the pladis field sales agent or wholesaler outlet.
Visit www.pladisloyalty.co.uk to enter your business details- business name, email, phone number, photo of your scratch card and unique reference number from under the scratch panel, as well as a valid purchase invoice.
- How many times can I enter?
You can enter once per valid purchase invoice during the promotional period. Each entry must be supported by a unique invoice.
- What prizes are available to win?
There is a total of 35,000 instant win prizes plus the chance to win the electric van or the £1000.
- Gold Tier (Instant Win) £500 cash - 24 prizes
- Silver Tier (Instant win) £100 cash – 24 prizes
- Bronze Tier (Coupon) coupons to one of these values - £5, £2.50, and £1 – 34, 952 coupons to be on
- £1,000 – 4 cash prizes (1 in each phase, 4 in total)
- Electric Van – 1 main prize
- How are winners selected
Bronze tier - Coupons will be predetermined and distributed evenly between the 6 regions. In each phase, there will be guaranteed winners of the £5 coupons, £2.50 coupons and £1.00 coupons in each region.
Gold and Silver tiers - In each phase, there will be 6 guaranteed winners of Gold (£500) and 6 silver prize winners (£100) In each phase, there will be one guaranteed winner of one Gold (£500) and one Silver (£100) prize in each of these regions - (Wholesale, North East & Scotland, Midlands, North West, South East, South West).
£1000 cash prize- There is 1 winner per phase, drawn one month after the close date of that phase.
Electric Van Prize Draw - The winner will be selected at random under the supervision of an independent adjudicator from all valid entries received. The Winner will be drawn by 28th February 2026.
- How will I know if I’ve won?
Instant Win – The panel on the scratch card will reveal your winning details. After entering your details online, you will provide with a URN. If this URN corresponds to a cash win, you will be directed to a claims page. Here you will be prompted to provide further details including your bank sort code and account number as well as business address.
Main Prize Draw – The Winner of the Main Prize Draw will be contacted by phone within 5 working days of the prize draw.
- How will I receive my prize?
All cash prizes will be paid via BACS transfer to a UK business bank account within 28 days of successful verification.
The winner of the electric van will receive their prize within 90 days of prize claim.
- What documents do I need to keep?
You must retain your original purchase invoice/receipt as proof of purchase. This may be required for prize verification.
- Can I win more than one prize?
Yes, you have more chances to win every time you make a qualifying purchase and receive a new scratchcard. Remember, you will not be auto entered into the prize draws, you will have to make a new entry after every qualifying purchase.
There will be 1 winner of £1,000 selected from all entries received in that phase. All entries received in all four phases will be entered into the prize draw for the opportunity to win an electric van.
- What if I don’t provide my details after winning?
If you fail to provide your bank details within 14 days of being notified, the prize may be forfeited.

- Entered your unique reference number correctly.
- A stable internet connection.

Winners are advised to discuss any HMRC liabilities with their tax advisor.
